ALL 8, ONE DAY Marathon Channel Islands Trip on SafeBoat

- Продолжительность: 2 дн. (прибл.)
- Место встречи: Oxnard, Ca
- Код предложения: PAL00X
We have consulted with various authorities, and determined that an Expedition of this kind has never before been attempted. You will be able to make the lifelong claim that you were among the first to accomplish this feat of ocean navigation.
Departing just before sunrise from Channel Islands Harbor and concluding at sunset in Avalon, Catalina, day 1 of our trip will involve visitation to all 8 of the Channel Islands by boat. After spending the night in Avalon, the following day we will whale watch our way back to Oxnard (a 65 mile trip).
Highlights along the way will be:
-Anacapa Island's Arch
-Santa Cruz Island's Painted Cave
-Santa Rosa Island's Torrey Pines
-San Miguel Island's Cuyler Harbor
-San Nicholas Island's Sea Otter Colony
-Santa Barbara Island's Arch and Islets
-San Clemente Island's Navy Seal Training Village
-Santa Catalina Island's Avalon (hot food, hotels, and bars)
Please digest the details about this once in a lifetime Expedition:
-This is a two day trip. The first day we will be departing Oxnard at sunrise, traveling to all 8 of the Islands, concluding with Catalina at sunset. The second day we will return by boat to Channel Islands Harbor, Oxnard.
-You will be responsible for booking your own overnight accommodations in Avalon.
-The only island that we are permitted to set foot on is Catalina.
-The ticket price covers both days aboard the boat.
-We will be whale and dolphin watching along the way, but only stopping for rare species or remarkable encounters. We have budgeted 2 hours for this on Day one and 1-2 hours on Day two.
-The SafeBoat does not have a formal restroom on board, but we will be stopping periodically to set up the privacy curtain so you may use the bucket on the rear deck to "take care of business"
